2013 Winners

The title for 2013 was:

The James Hemming Essay Prize awards were given to:

1st Prize – Daisy Jones, Downe House School (£1000)
2nd Prize – Sahar Abas, Kingsbury High School (£500)
3rd Prize – Agata Siuchninska, St. Leonards-Mayfield School (£250)

The winners of the James Hemming Essay Prize receive their awards at a ceremony at London’s Conway Hall. Prizes include money provided by Conway Hall, books from the British Humanist Association, and a year’s subscription to New Humanist. The prize winners’ schools also receive books from the British Humanist Association and a free online subscription to New Humanist.
